Top level of service!! Made to feel very welcome. I went in without a clue about what I wanted/needed and walked out with a smile on my face and sorted to give up the cigs and start vaping. The team had loads of knowledge, loads of patience for a newby like me and I suspect loads of repeat/loyal customers!! Glad I waited until I had time off work to visit Jocks rather than going into a store in Wellington CBD.

Lovely staff. Really chill friendly environment, definitely recommend this place. I always worry that my fussy taste buds will annoy people but it's a great environment to just chill and taste.

Wonderful staff, very attentive to customer's needs with a very informal and casual atmosphere. Customer's a welcome to stay as long as they like. They also have a large TV screen presenting the latest news on vaping.

great service; staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. wide selection of flavors across many brands. also have two of their own in-house brands (Test Monkies and Mix Mistress) and constantly coming up with new flavors. my husband and i won't go anywhere else anymore.

This is hands down the best vape shop, period. Huge selection, staff that know, use and love their product. In house juices that are sublime. If you live anywhere near this place you'd be mad to go elsewhere.
